So it’s time for the 2010 Podcast Awards, and once again I would love for the Jamhole to get the Mature category nomination. If that happens this year, that will be the turkey! Much like in throat rips and bowling and std’s when you get three in a row, that’s a turkey. The thing I really hate about the podcast awards is that after the nominations are done and everyone has been nominated, the voting process starts. I can definitely see why they do it this way, it’s just super annoying for everyone involved. So for the nomination process, you go to podcastawards.com and fill out the form they give you. You are allowed to submit the form ONCE, which is awesome and easy to do. Especially if you have a cheat sheet. I took the liberty of making a forums thread about the awards and I also made a list of suggested nominees. You probably have to be registered on the forums to see that, but if you listen to the Jamhole, you should already be a member. Not all of us listen to as many podcasts as others, so if you just want to nominate the Jamhole for the Mature category, why not just fill out the rest. Also it would be super cool if the Hot Box (our cannabis podcast) got a nomination in the Educational category. So yea, basically you fill that out, put your name and email address at the bottom and hit submit. It really only takes a minute, especially if you just fill in based on the forum thread. If you only do one thing I ask for the whole year, please let it be this. Tell your friends, spread the word, and let’s make this happen. Thank you!

- Welcome to the Jamhole Freak of the Week! Now that I look at the pictures of them more, they kind of remind me of that thing from the second Hellraiser movie when he twisted the two twin security guards together. This is like the first few seconds of that. Fucking awesome. Creep and awesome. The world through their eyes… If I remember right, this conversation gets pretty disgusting. Enjoy that!
